Been walking hours now, but then again what I would normally have taken would have been either the extra bike, the car or else public transportation. None of those would do today I'm betting, its just it takes so long on foot. Military and Red Samurai are out around the arcology, I am betting though that there is more inside trying to take advantage of the AI's power problems.
